An Assurance.

A pardon is given to the soul who repents
The return of His children. God never resents:
But beckons to Him, to share in His love
And dwell safe from harm in the mansions above.

He never will send from His care for a day
His children, whose weakness has lef them astray;
He will gather them home from the utter most parts
Of the world, to bind up, their poor broken hearts.

He will show them new ways; to atone for the past
That they may rejoice in His Kingdom at last -
But thrice blessed are they who live for Rights sake
So they shall have no atonement to maker.
