* In August, 1955, during a severe wind storm,
a limb from one of the old pines fell on the
table stone of Maria Wheelock, wife of John
Wheelock. The table stone and supporting stones
broke into many pieces and beyond repair.
A new table stone and supporting stones were
made and placed November 3, 1955.
