XLV. Major J. L. Power having [page torn] by the Governor of Mississippi as Superin [page torn] of Mississippi Troops, serving during the [page torn] as Agent to collect evidence and prosecute [page torn] families of deceased soldiers to pay etc, Command[page torn] of Armies and Departments in which Mississi[page torn] may be serving, are requested to afford to Ma[page torn] facilities in the discharge of these duties a[page torn] with the interest of the service.
