XLV. Major J. L. Power having [page torn] by the Governor of Mississippi as Superin [page torn] of Mississippi Troops, serving during the [page torn] as Agent to collect evidence and prosecute [page torn] families of deceased soldiers to pay etc, Command[page torn] of Armies and Departments in which Mississi[page torn] may be serving, are requested to afford to Ma[page torn] facilities in the discharge of these duties a[page torn] with the interest of the service. Major R[page torn] transportation to and from the variou[page torn] =ents in which Mississippi troops may [page torn] =hase supplies on the ^Same^ terms as are all[page torn] officers, of the grade of Colonel in the [page torn] the field.

Power hav[page torn] by the Governor of Mississippi as Sup[page torn] of Mississippi Troops serving during the [page torn] as agent to collect evidence and prosecute [page torn] of families of deceased soldiers to pay etc, C[page torn] officers of armies and Departments in which [page torn] troops may be serving, are requested to[page torn] Power such facilities in the disch[page torn] as may not conflict with the int[page torn] Major Power will be allowed [page torn] from the various armies and Dep[page torn] Mississippi troops may be serv[page torn] supplies on the same terms as [page torn] officer of the grade of Colonel i[page torn] in the field.
