A good morning rain.
This evening the men
plowed in their tobacco.
Today Henry painted a
little. Today I don't know
much to write. No one has
come to see us and we
have not gone to see
them. Would be glad
to see all of my
children and all of my
neighbors. The weather is
so hot that I can't
do much of anything.
Henry went to Renan
this morning for some
bolts for the plows.
