Friday, May 11, 1923

A cool windy day. Frost
this morning , enough to kill
some things. The men sawed
wood here today. Good stove
wood. Heard today that
Claud Edmons killed the dog.
Heard from Marvins Carrie[?]
come home yesterday. The
baby is no better.
Solde my cow that I
called Spot for $35[?].
Ben and Henry went to
Gretna today. Ben bought
meal and brand and sugar.
I coud of went but
the wind blowed so
hard that I did not
want to go.
I want to see all of
the children but can't.
