Tuesday, March 6, 1923

A rainy day.
The men folk did not do
anything much.
The children went to
school except Franklin.
Mabel and Franklin played
all day. Nellie made the
bread for dinner. We had
cress salit for
dinner. We all enjoyed
it fine. The ladies
had a meeting at Mr.
Jessie Hutcherson's.
Mrs. Booker called me
and said that she had
a quilt in the frames
and I could help quilt
if I would.
Ben got a package
throu the mail today
and a part of it is
lost. He is very sorry
about it.
