Lawrence County } personally Appeared before me Thomas T. Tweedy
an acting Justice of the peace in and for the County aforesaid ,
J.M.Tweedy, W.W.James and Jno.J.M^cMahon Commissioners appointed by
the Judge of Probate the Court of Probate of the County of Lawrence ,
to appraise the property belonging to the Estate of Benjamin Sherrod
in the County of Lawrence, who being duly sworn according to law
say upon their oaths that the foregoing list Contains a true and
Correct Inventory of all the property, both real and personal belonging
to said Estate within the County aforesaid which was shown to them
together with the Value thereof as Assessed by them this day
