3 - Plan of Dwelling - I would propose to adopt the plan of the Keepers dwelling now being built at Cape Disappointment, W.T. The plans, estimates, and specifications for which were forwarded to the Light House Board.
4 - The Lens - I would propose to be of the 1 st Order. Fixed. With arc of 225 (degrees). I enclose an elevation of the proposed Lighthouse. The details will be the same as in the Lighthouse at Cape Blanco. There is also enclosed an estimate of the entire cost of the Light House and dwelling. The work as proposed can be completed with the amount appropriated.
