My dear Mr. President:-

I am enclosing for your information
some resolutions which were adopted at the mass meeting at
the Cathedral of St. John the Divine and also a memorandum
which we are planning to have presented to the premiers who
will participate in the conference at London on Feb. 21st to revise
the Sevres Treaty. This latter memorandum we are sending to the
members of the Philarmenian League in the hope that concerted
pressure may be brought to bear upon the conference.
