Hon. Woodrow Wilson, The chief
Magistrate of the United States of
America, Washinston, D.C.

Dear Sir: - As a minister in the
above name Church, and serving a
God who has out off one blood created
all nations on the face of the earth.

Since this is true, we are an American
born, and under the Constitution of
the United States we are citizens, I
protest against the segregation of the
Negro in the government service
on account of Color. I know he is as
true American as any nation in
this Country. You are the president
of the United States and not of a party.
I trust you will protest against the
segregation of the Negro in the Govern
ment service. I am taking it to
the Lord to night before retiring.

Thanking you in advance. Yours very truly
