In wonder workings - or some
bush - a flame
Men look for God, and fancy
him concealed.
But in earth's common things
He stands revealed
While grass and flowers and
stars spell out his name.

Dear Dairy
I never was so
desperatly tired in all my
life & I hope never to feel
so worn out again. I am
still in charge of Wd 1X and
the wonder is that I have
any senses left. Last
Monday Mable Kelly came
on the ward - and still I
