My Dear Sir
Although I am not strong enough to sit long at the desk to write I cannot avoid mentioning that the Price drawn by Mr. and vexation in Whitehouse for his first installment is paid in London by whom I do not know I much fear the death of this gentleman will cause considerable delay in settling the purchase money nor can I help thinking that it would be better for all parties to resell the Estate to another purchaser unless the friends of Mr. Whitehouse will guarantee the remaining amount but but upon these points Mr. George Wright has better information and is better capable of giving advice from his knowledge of the circumstances than I can.
