Declaration of Principles and Protest

We the undersigned, leitigeus of the United States
believing in a Republican force of government
as the wisest and best force of government in
the world assert our faith in the doctrinning of
the Declaration of Independence and the ration-
al Constitution, both as to guaranteed and
reserved rights, We assert ourselves to be part of the
people and citizens of the United States; we
emphatically declare our belief in the doctrine
that governments derive their just powers from
the "consent of the governed;" we believe and renew,
that consent of the governed course by and through
the ballot alone; we believe that powers not del-
egated to the general government by the people
