To the Hon the Legislature of the State of Wisconsin

Your petitioners, members of the bar of the State of Wisconsin residing and practicing in the County of Milwaukee, would respectfully protest against the passage of a bill introduced into the assembly by the Am [C.D.?] Holton increasing the jurisdiction of the County Court for the County of Milwaukee and changing the terms of holding the circuit court for said County.
