In conclusion the undersigned would respectfully suggest that the general laws of the Territory as they now exist, if justly applied and executed, are fully competent to remedy any evils under which said School District is suffering; and will, moreover visit upon the real delinquents the penalty of their own delinquency - such as are seeking by dinducing partial legislation, to cover their own malfeasance, and place the responsibility as well as the penalty upon the guiltless.
The undersigned repeat their former prayer, and, as in duty, bond will ever pray.
