Camp Utley Jany 16, 1862.
To the Hon. The Senate and Assembly of the State of Wisconsin.
We the undersigned volunteers of the first Regiment Wisconsin Artillery, now in Camp Utley respectfully petition Your Hon. body to pass and act fav the aid and support of our families, similar to an Act, passed by the Legislature of last year, for the benefit of the first Five Regiments. Wisconsin Volunteers.
