We the undersigned petition your honorable body for the enactment of a law authorizing the several towns in Monroe County have the controll and disbursement of the drainage money which is now due or to be come due seeded county under the law as is now provided in Chap 184. of the General Laws of 1861, fo rthe towns in Adecus & Fondu Lac Counties.
