To the Honorable the Council and House of Representatives of the Territory of Wisconsin

The petition of the undersigned Citizens of the Territory would respectfully ask of your honorable bodies, that the act passed at the last session of the Legislative Council entitled "An act concerning costs and fees," be repealed and that, the act known as the Burlington act, be adopted as the Law of the Territory, regulating Costs and Fees. And Your petitioners as in duty bound will ever pray.
