January 30th inviting Alderman Vel R. Phillips to speak at
the Silver Anniversary celebration of the Women's Civic League
of Cleveland on June 19, 1967.

Alderman Phillips is in Oklahoma City, Oklahome,
but will return to Milwaukee on Monday, February 6th. Upon
her return, Alderman Phillips will advise you whether she
