As a member of the Milwaukee Common Council
for the past 12 years I know the importance of having
a Mayor who is committed to the principle that good
government operates in the interest and welfare of
all of the people -- black as well as white, uneducated
as well as educated, underprivileged as well as
privileged. David Walther has the courage and moral
honesty to publicly endorse strong fair housing legis-
lation and equal opportunity for all Milwaukee citizens.
I enthusiastically support his candidacy and respect-
fully request that you also cast your vote for David
Walther for Mayor on Tuesday, April 2nd.
