Dear Vince:

Here is the address of the two properties
that we spoke about briefly the other afternoon as
I was leaving the garage:
Krueger Bakery, 2678 North Holton Street
Davies Beer Depot, 513 East Center Street

Mrs. Clara M. Krueger owned both properties
at one time, because originally they were together
(i.e. one lot.) I think she has turned over the
beer deport to her son Richard Krueger. Mrs. Krueger
is a widow. The bakery, which she still runs with
the help of her son, has been at 2678 North Holton
Street for almost 75 years.

I think that the area has depreciated
considerably since the time of her last
assessment. Things are not going too well for her
financially, but she is much too proud to admit it.
She is a very wonderful and sweet lady, and if you
could help her in any way, I would very much appreciate
it.
