Dear Sir:

This is in reference to the rotten and ridiculous attack
that was made by the NAACP on Judge Gregoraki, who had fined a number of
Negroes for contempt, for laughing in his courtroom. The Judge, of course,
was fully justified in so doing, and the remarks about his action made by
the NAACP was wholly unwarranted. The Negroes, as we all know, are noted
for fighting policemen and resisting arrest. They have absolutely no
respect for the law, for the courts, or for anybody else. They do not take
serious things seriously, and try to laugh it off. The laughter in the
courtroom certainly constituted contempt. These people are as bold as
brass. They refuse to live by the rules and require discipline in large
doses for their "disease" which, of course, is lack of decency rather than
"density" or "poor housing", to name but two of the many foolish excuses
that have been foisted on the public for the barbaric behavior of the
blacks adult and juvenile alike. The Lincoln family was ill-housed,
ill-fed and ill-clothed, yet young Abe educated himself and became
President of the United States. There is no valid reason whatever for
the violence of the Negroes in Milwaukee where they are treated just
like any other citizen and no policeman mistreats them because of the
color of their skin; in fact, I have seen the police actually bend over
backwards to avoid arresting some of them, which they did not appreciate,
and became abusive. In fact, I once had been a witness for officer
Blackburn in a case involving a Negro man (before Judge Gregoraski) who
had resisted arrest after officer Blackburn gave him every break in the
world. He got wild, fought and cursed officer Blackburn, who then had no
alternative but to arrest the Negro man. Anyway, there was nothing new
about what happened (the laughing) in court for these people seem to have
some kind of "laughing sickness." They think that everything, including
their unprovoked attacks on others, are quite comical, or a big joke. They
laughed in my face, too, after physically abusing me three times. That's
the kind of people they really are. They have no feelings for any one
else, no conscience. They are cruel, mean and sadistic. A bunch of drunk
and disorderly bums. This is the true picture of their so-called "inner
core" area. It is full of such stupid jerks, both male and female. The
attack by the NAACP on Judge Gregorski was asinine, and the NAACP ought
