Dear Alderman Phillips:

On behalf of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Milwaukee, I would like to cordially invite you to be our guest at the Annual B.O.M.A. Golf Outing, Tuesday, May 28, 1968, at the River Oaks Country Club.

If you wish to play golf, tee time is anytime after 12:00 o'clock noon. If you can not make it for golf, come for cocktails and dinner. The dinner will be served at 7:00.

It would be appreciated if you would affirm your reservation, by returning the enclosed postcare before May 23rd, in order to help the County Club with the arrangements.
