Folder Description: This folder contains a scrapbook created by Increase Lapham of historical societies he belonged to. The majority of the scrapbook is newspaper clippings, although there are also letters and pamphlets. The pamphlets included are: Discourse Delivered Before the State Historical Society of Wisconsin, At It's First Annual Meeting; Address Delivered Before the State Historical Society of Wisconsin ; Third Annual Address Delivered in the Assembly Hall of the Capitol; and An Appeal to the Public For A Building Fund. The scrapbook appears to be a repurposed railroad stock book, the pages are stock certificates.
