Spikes 4 to 6 closely aggregate into an
oblong head; perigynia hardly ovate, compressed,
two-toothed, a little longer than the ovate
long-pointed scale; acheneium roundish ovate;
style turned at the base. Culms
high; flowers in [blank]. Moist
grounds.
