Institute, a copy of your Geolog-
ical Map of Wisconsin.

I send herewith our
best thanks and in return I send
you a copy of our First year's
Report.

Unfortunately in the catalogue
of the Report in which contributions
are acknowledged your name was
overlooked by my assistant. If you
will kindly excuse this mistake, the
following report (of the second year) will
contain the correction.
