advantage of the benefit of Commerce.

7. Of the results as suggesting new theories.
8. Of improvements possible or to be suggested
in the plan as now adapted.
It is desirable that your report should be as
full as possible in reference to each of these heads
^and it is hoped benefit will be derived from the results
of your recent experience ^and known attainments
as a meteorologist.
