Chauncey T. Bowen, John C. Hilton, A.C. Badger, Walter
W. Hilton, and Octavius F. Badger, having procured a very liberal
Special Charter from the Legislature of Illinois, propose to organize a Coal
Company under the above title, with a Capital Stock of $500,000, to be
divided into 5,000 Shares of $100 each.
