Beaufort, N. C. Feb. 1, 1884

Rev. Dr Harrell,

Dear Bro:

Sister Rebecca Mizell, (formerly Miss Rebecca Miller) has requested me to ask a letter of dismission from the churhc at Windsor, in order that she may connect herself with the church at Morehead City. Sister M. has been living for some years in a country where there was no Baptist Church, but having moved to Morehead City lately, she is desires to join the ch. at that place.

If you are not connected with the church at Windsor, please ask the clerk or someone who is, to bring her case up.
