In a large courtyard, with walls of limestone,
lie many fragments which show that a
colonnade of basalt extended around the
court, and a curious corbel, shown on the
opposite page, with an inscription on one side.

There are ruins of several arched vestibules
in basalt, the voussiours being moulded and
ornamented in the style of Kerrātîn.

In the ruins a a tomb southwest of the
city was found a fine stone door, a
drawing of which is shown on opp. page.
