16 Kidbrook Grove - Blackheath

MSM: I hereby undertake and agree that I
will obtain the Licence in writing of Dr.
Edwd Clapton to assign the lease of the above
to Col. Geo. F. C. Bray and that in consideration
of the said G. F. C. Bray now accepting such
assignment I will indemnify and hold himself
on account of such license not having been
signed and otherwise in respect thencef.
