By comparing, act approved April
9th 1874, - page 182. acts of assembly
1874.-, with section 63. chapter 59. code
1873, you will find the latter is amended
so as to omit the following words -
"and for all debts which shall be due +
owing by the Co, the persons comprising the
Co, at the time of its dissolution, shall be
individually responsbile to the extent of
their respective shares of stock in said Co.
