to the heirs male to be gotten of his Body in any
other marriage which failling to his other nearest
maill which all failling to his other Nearest and ~

Likeways in Contemplation of the forsaid mar-
riage the said N. E. Binds and oblidges him &

vision as of Line to duly validly and Sufficiently

during all the days of her Liftime In all & ~

whatsoever imposed or to be Imposed to be uplifted
and taken at 2 terms in that year to and
in winter by equall portions furth of all and haillf
or furth of any part or portion thereof read just
and that by two savorall Insostments and manor
of holdings and the one thereof to be holden of the
said N. E. and his forsaids and the other to be
hold on from him and them of his Immediate ~
Lawfull Superiors of the saids Lands both in
free blench for the yearly payment of a
