my self and generally all and sundry
other things concerning the premises X to do
use and [exe?] that I with consent of my
saids Curators might do myself [pefer?] the mak-
ing hereof which I shall hold firm and stake
but evocation likeas I the said X with
consent for said Bind and oblige me to
