shall, on the 16th day of October next, at the Mansion
house of Joseph Hill in the county of Pittsylvania
in the State of Virginia, between sun rise & sun
down, take the deposition of said Hill, & others
to be used as evidence in a suit now pending
in the Superior Court of Chancery holden at Win-
chester in which you are Complainants &
