I will thank you to do_ and also insert particulars
and send the Book with this letter.

Dear Sir, 24th Novbr 1859
Mr Wilson has just shewn me your note to him of
yesterday's date - claiming Salvage on the "Rebecca & Elizth"
Grounded at Spurn on the 7' Inst_ what is the nature
of your claim and amount _ I think you had better
come here and explain the matter _ come tomorrow

Mr Wilson has shewn me the report of Wallis_ the Capt
of the Spurn Life Boat respecting the wreck of the vessel that
was taken to Grimsby _ which does not accord with
what passed here the other day_ He will therefore Thank
you to obtain the written paper from Milne - and send
it to me_ should you not be coming to town.

Sir, 29 Novbr 1859.
I have seen the Master of the Vessel "Orient" within-
-mentioned who has informed me that she was
wrecked on the 6' Ulto on the island of Rudsear in the
Gulf of Finland at about 10/10 PM _ about a cables
length from the Lighthouse - That the light at
