The Receiver of Wreck Custom House Hull is informed that unless there is any other reason (such as the wreck being dangerous to navigation) from the buoy being left on the wreck of the "Banford" he will cause it to be returned to the Trinity House from whence he borrowed it and will submit the expense incurred in placing & removing the same, - or otherwise
