The annexed paper is the Report of the proper Officer of the C.Guard at Bridlington Quay of certain services rendered by Boatmen to the vessel "Llangollen" in respect of which the magistrates awarded a salvage of £10. In this case The C.Guard Officer had nothing to do in the matter as my representative I therefore request to be informed whether there is any necessity for me to notice the transaction as provided in paragraph 57 of the instructions - and forms nos 7 & 8
