The Collector to rent a small Enclosure at Bridlington called "Admiralty Yard"

I am authorized by the Board of Trade to offer on their
part to become your Servant in respect of a small inclosure on the
north side of Bridlington Quay, known by the name of "Admiralty Yard"
in which is deposited certain Anchors &ec that have been taken out
of the Sea, recently in the occupation of the late Mr Stephenson,
and to pay for the use of the same the like amount of Rent
paid by Mr Stephenson viz Five Pounds per annum.

Gentlemen

I beg to acquaint you that your letters to
me of the 3 & 6 Inst on the subject of certain Anchors &c that have been
taken out of the Sea and which as Agents for Lloyds you have taken
possession of as Agents for the owners have been under the con-
sideration of the Board of Trade who have directed me to acquaint
you that the mere fact of your being Lloyds Agents do not authorize
you to act as Agents for the Owners. I will therefore thank you to
comply with the request contained in my letter of the 5 Inst
