1965. Sun. Matins in lounge. Landed at Itea & up by coach to Delphi, [unclear], wonderful view, Kastalian Spring, Athens Treasury, Temple to Apollo & theatre. Superb

1966. Mon. Rain. D & I got him shirts & shoes. To bank. Lunch at Muir Park Hotel. D. packed & left. Called up Lorraine.

1967. Tues. Early train to Waterloo & surprised them. Cut out Mary's dress, sewed, played with Mary. Took all children to park. Hugh has chickenpox.

1968. Thu. Syracuse, lecture. Lovely flowers, Castle of Eurylas, Roman theatre, Greek theatre, stone quarries, museum, Cathedral - made out [unclear] Temple to Athena.
