I thought you owed mother a letter, but here is few lines anyway. How did you manage these cold days. It seemed hard to feel real warm and we have had good warm fires going too. It did make a big hole in our coal, but [unclear] likes a good fire you know. Aunt Georgie is [unclear]. She will go to Willie. They sold the house to Jim and had an auction sale. It

helped [her?] some coming here to give up the home, but she will be better with Will. And [unclear] seems quite fond of Aunt Georgie. She has good boys and will be comfortable amongst them and have a bit [unclear] we are all very well considering. And will be glad when the [unclear] two months are over with. much love to all
