Dear Fran, They all have gone off to church but Sue and I and I thought I would write you a few lines. I must apologize for not writing before but I have not not had much time, at night I do not get home until about 6.30 and then after I get any supper I am too tired. You know from 6.45 to 6.30 are pretty long hours on a (growing) boy. (That reminds me, I was told today that I was growing like a weed.) best minister we have had for some time, he was a little nervous at first but he got over it and then he preached liked one who had been preaching for some time. Helen, [La Belle?] and I were out for a long walk after sunday school and when we got home we found young Muriel Parker in playing and singing. Sue had brought her up and she stayed to supper and then Helen took her off to church. I thought I was not going to have any fun Friday night but at about half past-ten I went out to the front and joined Sue and about a dozen other girls and we went all over doing out best to amuse ourselves.

There certainly is a change over at the school the teachers and students are attending more to the school. They have organized a literary society over there and every two weeks we have a hour for debates and other things. Mr. Smith went down to Tilsonburg in the bandwagon with us and [Mr?] and Mrs. Smith came back in it. We sang all the old songs all the way back. Mrs. Smith is an expert at it. She is going to sing in the church next sunday night and Sue is going to assist at her reception a week from Tuesday. Well Fran I suppose you bunch in Toronto will be having a great time I only wish we lived in Toronto it seems as if nothing happens in this town at all. I suppose that little nephew of mine is some boy and I hope to see him soon. What is ailing [Pick?]? I gess he is finding out that he did not work hard enough at hoe. What do you think? Well Fran I think I will close as I can not think of anthing more to say, hoping everybody is well and give love to mother and all my relations in the city, give my best to Frank.
