of the former meeting read and accepted.
$3. was appropriate to the assessor & collector
to pay for tax notices. [] was present
and asked for a settlement for the rock he
had hauled. The council agreed to have the
rock filled before settlement. The Mayor
was appointed to see the rock be filled.
The committee appointed to measure the
waters of banal creek reported that after
measuring said waters the were 3 cubic
inches more at the mouth of the canyon
than at the double gates. report accepted
and the sum of $ 7.50 was appropriated to pay
said committee in wheat at 654 per by.
