The Mayor appointed Three several commitees from the
Council to draft certain Ordinances and report at
the next meeting. The council council adjourned till
Monday the 20th, Feb. 1871. 6. O.C P.M.

The City Council met Pursuant to adjournment. The Ordinance
dividing Spring City into Wards and regulating
the water ditches side walks and shade trees
thereof was taken up amended and passed.
An ordinance relating to crimes and punishment
was presented to the council which was read;
and Pending the second reading the council
adjourned Till Friday 24th of Feb./71 at /2 pst. 6. PM.

read the third time by its title and passed.
An Ordinance Naming Making public the sheets
of Spring City was presented by Councilor R.N. Allred
which was approved and passed by the council.
