BEFORE THE BOARD OF PARDONS OF THE STATE -of- UTAH

In Relation to the Matter of : CITATION JOSEPH HILLSTROM, Under Sentence of Death.

Citation to TORILD W. ARNOLDSON, OSCAR LARSON, VIRGINIA SNOW STEPHEN and SIGRID BOLIN:

Attention has been called to members of the Board of Pardons of the State of Utah that you, and each of you, claim to be possessed of knowledge of some facts relevant to the case of The State of Utah v. Joseph Hillstrom. You, and each of you, therefore, are hereby commanded to personally appear before the said Board at Room No. 253, the Supreme Court Room of the State of Utah, in the City & County Building of Salt Lake City and County, at 3 o'clock p.m., on the 26th day of September, 1915, and then and there, before the said board, on oath, make known to it, and answer whatever matter of fact or thing material and relevant to the case is within your knowledge. And of this fail not.

The sheriff, or any deputy, of said Salt Lake County is hereby authorized and directed to forthwith make service of this citation and a return thereof of his doings in the premises.
