Dear Sir:

We the undersigned, desire to request you to arrange a new trial for Joe Hillstrom, who stands convicted for murder, an offense which we consider him not guilty account of the unusual service of the attorneys who defended him. We also claim that he did not have a fair and squar trial and that if he is executed, it will be no less than homicide in its felonious form and we, therefor request you to save the name of justice in grantig this unfortunate man a new trial.
