April 6th, 1918.
Miss Rose Young,
171 Madison Ave.,
New York City.
My dear Miss Young:--
Your telegram was waiting for me upon
my return hime from Sioux Falls, yesterday evening.
I can not understand why you had not
received the list of legislators, as they should have been
in your hands by the 30th of March, yet your telegram is
dated April 4th. I sent this list to you on March the
27th. Perhaps it is in your hands by this time, but lest
it may have gone astray, I am enclosing another. I also
enclosed, in that same envelope, the list of papers that
would use plate. If you have not yet received that, on
receipt of this letter, will you please notify me and I will
send you another list of the newspapers also?
Sincerely,
