My dear Mrs. Pyle:
I have just returned
from Mrs. Weller's where I met a
very warm welcome. Also, I have
seen Mrs. Casseur, Mrs. Bidwell
is in California.

It seems the club here embraces
all the suffragists in town who
amount to anything and as you
said they unaminmously became
C.W.ers.

After Mrs. Weller and I had had
a very nice talk, however, and I had
endeavored to convince her that the
C.W. could not get suffrage for
us without the ratification of
legislatures, that thirteen legislatures
could hold us up forever and
