My transcription revision is intended to faithfully reflect what I see in the image -- even though I seem to see at least 1 or 2 grammatical mistakes in the text seen.

grammatical errors in the text are fine. Just reflect what is in the original text. Thanks.

I do not know if anything is permissible in the transcription to indicate that "trilles" (in the line of text corresponding to line 23 in the transcription) is underlined in the original text in the image.

USD does not use any mark up language. It does not export to our digital library so there is no need to underline.

Thanks for the reply about underlined text; I will note underlined text in Notes if I encounter it again, though.
